Full members have voting rights
Associate Members
Non-BDS entities (e.g., MSMEs, donors, or academics) interested in supporting the sector.
Associate members have no voting rights but may participate in activities
Honorary Members
Individuals recognized for outstanding contributions to BDS or MSMEs, nominated by the Executive Committee and approved by the General Assembly.
They have no voting rights or obligations
