United Business Support Professionals Ltd was officially launched as a national platform bringing together Business Development Service providers and stakeholders committed to strengthening Uganda’s BDS ecosystem.
The launch marked an important step towards professionalising Business Development Services delivery in Uganda. UBSP seeks to promote capacity building, collaboration, networking, advocacy, standards, and certification support for BDS providers working with MSMEs.
Through its work, UBSP aims to strengthen the quality and impact of services delivered to micro, small, and medium enterprises, contributing to enterprise growth, job creation, and inclusive economic development.
The launch brought together representatives from government, private sector, development partners, institutions, and Business Development Service providers, demonstrating the importance of collaboration in building a stronger MSME support ecosystem.
