United Business Support Professionals Ltd is committed to promoting quality, ethics, discipline, and professionalism among Business Development Service providers in Uganda.
As part of its mandate, UBSP supports the development and promotion of national BDS standards that guide service delivery and improve the quality of support provided to MSMEs.
Professional standards are important because they create trust between BDS providers, MSMEs, government institutions, development partners, and private sector actors. They also support accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
UBSP also promotes certification readiness, including awareness and capacity building related to recognized BDS quality standards.
Through this work, UBSP aims to strengthen the credibility of Business Development Services and improve the overall impact of MSME support in Uganda.
